The Art of Making Pasta In-Person
There are so many different recipes, tools, and methods to make a simple dish of pasta - so many more options than just your great-grandmother’s recipe! If you have been meaning to make your own paste but have been thinking that it’s too much work, or takes too much time, here’s a chance to explore homemade pasta making!
Carol Rogers will be demonstrating pasta making from scratch and will be sharing recipes from her own trip to Italy last May. She’s taken classes in Tuscany and the Amalfi coast and is coming to Esopus to share her recipes with you.
