Nancy Castaldo presents Squirrel In-Person
Join local author Nancy Castaldo on her new naturalist fiction for adults, Squirrel! This talk is appropriate for patrons of all ages.
Nancy Castaldo is a naturalist, environmental educator and the author of more than two dozen books for young readers. Her books have garnered starred reviews, the Eureka Award for Nonfiction, the Green Earth Book, and Sigurd F. Olsen Nature Writing honors, and are on many reading lists.
Nancy has also authored articles on nature for publications including Conservationist Magazine, Adirondack Magazine, Sierra Club Waste Paper, and NRDC online. This is her first book for adult readers. She is a member of the Society of Environmental Journalists and on the International Wildlife Coexistence Network council.
She lives in New York’s Hudson Valley with her husband and dog, Boo Radley.
