Chair Yoga with Kathy S. In-Person
Chair Yoga is for anyone who would like to support a healthy body and mind --- the only requirement is a chair!
Chair Yoga creates a safe space for movement & balance, sitting and standing (using the chair for balance as needed). The practice of yoga has been shown to improve flexibility and range of motion, improve balance, support healthy joints by building muscle strength, enhance breathing & promotes mental calmness.
Facilitator, Kathy Schneider-Doyle MS, RN, RYT 500 pending, is a retired Community Health Nurse and an instructor of aquatics & yoga for over 12 years. " I love teaching self-care practices and seeing folks smile from a shared experience."
